Our normal working days are Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays, subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the Website when this is applicable.

Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery.

Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place in the shop on the exchange of goods or on the despatch of the products ordered, if the order is placed through the Website or telephone.

All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you or your agent.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of similar quality and value.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and keep it secure and use reasonable endeavours to comply with North Cyprus Data Protection and consumer legislation.

You will be given the option to receive information from northcyprusflorist.com by post, e-mail or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, please tick the appropriate box, or communicate this to us, as you go through the ordering process.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of North Cyprus.
