Return & Refund Policy

The following factors should be considered in the return process.

1-Return should be requested within half a business day after the delivery of the order.

 2-There is no refund for the product specially made by the customer.

3-Package, vase and products must not be damaged.

 If these elements are provided, you can return your product.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Order Cancellation request must be made before the order goes out for delivery. It is not possible to cancel an order for a product on its way. If you are dissatisfied with our product or service, you can use the return procedure.
