In order for our company to assume responsibility, all order information on the relevant page must be entered correctly and completely. If necessary, you should be contacted at the specified phone number and e-mail addresses. In the event that the recipient is not present at the time and address specified for delivery, the flower is delivered to the person at the address against his name, surname and signature. If no one is present at the address sent to North Cyprus Florist or the address is incorrect, the person placing the order is contacted. In this case, the order will be delivered with a delay. The order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given. If the delivery day coincides with the holiday, if the recipient is not at home or at work and the neighbor, security, attendant to whom the flower will be delivered cannot be found, it will be done the next day. In areas where transportation facilities are limited or in bad weather conditions, mandatory changes may be made to the form, time and price of delivery. If the recipient cannot be found at the address, the flower to be delivered shall be delivered to the neighbor, apartment worker or security in the houses, to the colleagues or security in the workplaces, to the reception or consultation in hospitals or hotels, to the authorized persons in the security zones and institutions, or to the officers and men on duty in exchange for their name, surname and signature. Order delivery is between 09:30 – 19:30. Except for special occasions, flower orders will be made at the specified time. On special occasions, we try to deliver with in the earliest time as soon as the day is definitely not based on the hour..
